Guess the Sold Price

The “Guess the Sold Price” Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Krasno Team, RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage (the “Sponsor”).

The Contest begins when the applicable “Guess the Sold Price” Contest post is published on the @thekrasnoteam Instagram account and closes at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of majority in Ontario at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible:

• Individuals registered or licensed as real estate salespersons or brokers;
• Employees, representatives or agents of the Sponsor or RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage;
• Immediate family members of individuals directly involved in administering the Contest; and
• Anyone directly involved in the administration or judging of the Contest.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, an individual must complete BOTH of the following requirements during the Contest Period:

1. Follow @thekrasnoteam on Instagram; and
2. Comment on the applicable original “Guess the Sold Price” Instagram post with their guess of the property's exact final sale price.

Both requirements must be completed for an entry to be eligible.

The entrant must continue to follow @thekrasnoteam at the time eligibility is verified.

Only one guess per person and per Instagram account is permitted for the applicable Contest.

Submitting multiple comments or multiple prices does not create additional entries and may result in the entry being deemed ineligible.

Only guesses submitted as comments directly on the original Contest post during the Contest Period will qualify.

Guesses submitted through direct messages, email, comments on reposted content, or any other method will not qualify.

The entrant's Instagram account must allow the Sponsor to reasonably verify compliance with the entry requirements.

For purposes of the minimum entry requirement, an “Eligible Entry” means a unique individual who, during the Contest Period:

1. Follows @thekrasnoteam on Instagram;
2. Comments one sold-price guess on the applicable original Contest post; and
3. Otherwise satisfies the eligibility and entry requirements in these Official Contest Rules.

The entrant does NOT need to guess the correct sold price to count toward the 1,000-entry minimum.

A minimum of one thousand (1,000) Eligible Entries must be received for the Contest to proceed to prize awarding.

For purposes of this requirement, each eligible individual will count as one (1) Eligible Entry regardless of the number of comments, guesses, or Instagram accounts used.

If at least 1,000 Eligible Entries are received by the Contest closing deadline, the Contest will proceed according to these Official Rules.

If fewer than 1,000 Eligible Entries are received by the applicable closing deadline, the minimum participation requirement will not have been satisfied and the Contest will be void. No winner will be selected and no prize will be awarded.

The Sponsor will not reduce or waive the 1,000 Eligible Entry requirement after the Contest has begun.

A correct entry must state the EXACT final sale price of the property featured in the Contest.

Approximate answers, price ranges, or the closest guess without the exact price do not constitute a correct answer.

The Sponsor's transaction records will be used to determine the official correct sold price.

The applicable parties to the real estate transaction have provided the required consent permitting disclosure of the property's sale price in connection with the Contest and associated advertising.

The Contest is intended to test participants' ability to estimate the property's final sale price based on the information provided.

Entrants must independently guess the sale price.

Participants may not obtain, search for, verify, request, or use the property's actual sold price from sources including, but not limited to:

• MLS®
• HouseSigma
• Real estate databases
• Property-information services
• A real estate salesperson or broker
• Someone with access to non-public real estate information
• Any other source that reveals or confirms the property's actual sale price

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the Sponsor has reasonable grounds to determine that the entrant obtained or attempted to obtain the actual sold price rather than independently guessing it, manipulated the Contest, circumvented these Official Rules, or otherwise participated unfairly.

Any eligibility or compliance determination made by the Sponsor will be made reasonably and in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

One (1) prize is available.

The winner may select ONE (1) $100 CAD gift card from the following available retailers:

• Amazon.ca
• Walmart
• No Frills
• Sobeys
• Costco

The approximate retail value of the prize is $100 CAD.

The winner may select only one retailer from the options listed above.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted for another retailer or prize, and is not redeemable for cash, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Gift card availability, format, delivery method, redemption, expiry (if applicable), and use are subject to the selected retailer's applicable gift card terms and conditions.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any retailer's gift card policies, restrictions, discontinued programs, technical issues, or changes to its terms.

If a listed gift card becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may provide a substitute gift card of equal value.

After the Contest Period closes, the Sponsor will identify all eligible entrants who:

• Followed @thekrasnoteam on Instagram as required;
• Submitted their entry during the Contest Period;
• Submitted the exact correct sold price; and
• Otherwise complied with these Official Rules.

Each eligible entrant who submitted the exact correct sold price will be contacted by the Sponsor and provided with a mathematical skill-testing question.

The entrant must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, within forty-eight (48) hours after the Sponsor sends the question.

An entrant who:

• Does not respond within 48 hours;
• Answers the skill-testing question incorrectly;
• Cannot be contacted;
• Does not satisfy the eligibility requirements; or
• Otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules

will not advance to the final prize draw.

Every eligible entrant who:

1. Submitted the exact correct sold price;
2. Satisfied all Contest entry and eligibility requirements; and
3. Correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question within the required 48-hour period

will advance to the final random draw.

Each qualifying entrant will be entered ONCE into Wheel of Names at:

The Sponsor will use the standard unweighted random-selection method so that each qualifying entrant is represented once in the final draw.

The wheel will be spun once.

The qualifying entrant selected by the random draw will be declared the winner, subject to final verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

THIS CONTEST IS NOT FIRST-CORRECT-ANSWER-WINS.

Submitting the correct answer earlier than another entrant does not provide an advantage, provided the entry was submitted during the Contest Period.

If only one entrant qualifies for the final draw, that entrant will be declared the winner, subject to final verification.

If no eligible entrant submits the exact correct sold price, no prize will be awarded.

If correct answers are received but no eligible correct entrant successfully completes the skill-testing question within the required 48-hour period, no prize will be awarded.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants who submit the exact correct sold price and successfully complete the skill-testing question.

Wheel of Names is being used solely as a third-party random-selection tool and is not a sponsor or administrator of the Contest.

The winner will be contacted by the Sponsor through the Instagram account associated with their eligible Contest entry and/or using other contact information provided during the verification process.

The selected winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to confirm identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules before the prize is awarded.

If the selected entrant is subsequently determined to be ineligible or to have violated these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and conduct another random selection from the remaining qualifying entrants, where applicable.

The Sponsor reserves the right to reasonably verify the identity, eligibility, entry requirements, correct answer, skill-testing question response, and compliance of any entrant.

Entries may be disqualified if they are:

• Fraudulent;
• Automated;
• Submitted using multiple accounts to circumvent the entry limit;
• Manipulated;
• Submitted using false information;
• Obtained through prohibited access to the actual sold price; or
• Otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Any attempt to interfere with, manipulate, or circumvent the legitimate operation of the Contest may result in disqualification.

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, including:

• Verifying eligibility;
• Communicating with qualifying entrants;
• Administering the skill-testing question;
• Conducting the final draw;
• Contacting the winner; and
• Awarding the prize.

Entering this Contest does NOT, by itself, constitute consent to receive future marketing communications from Krasno Team or RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage.

Any consent to receive marketing communications will be obtained separately where required by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law and any consent that may be required, the Sponsor may announce limited information about the winner in connection with the Contest, such as the winner's Instagram username, first name, and/or municipality.

No additional personal information will be publicly disclosed without appropriate consent.

The property featured in the Contest is the subject of a completed real estate transaction.

The applicable parties to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale have provided the required consent permitting disclosure of the property's sale price and its use in connection with the Contest and associated advertising.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Contest, winner selection, or awarding of the prize.

Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Krasno Team and not Instagram or Meta.

Amazon, Walmart, No Frills, Sobeys and Costco are not sponsors, endorsers, administrators of, or otherwise associated with this Contest. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

Wheel of Names is being used solely as a third-party tool to facilitate the random selection of the winner from the pool of qualifying entrants.

Wheel of Names does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or otherwise participate in this Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, platform outages, circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, or other events compromise the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, deleted, hidden, misdirected, inaccessible, or technically corrupted entries or comments resulting from circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures involving Instagram, Meta, Wheel of Names, internet services, devices, software, or other third-party systems.

If Instagram removes, hides, restricts, or otherwise makes an entry inaccessible, the Sponsor may be unable to verify the entry.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Contest will be final, subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.

The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
